Our Team:

There is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join Vistaprint’s Global Marketing Team. As a member of the Affiliate Marketing team, your job is to acquire new customers and optimize repeat buyers by engaging partners around the world who promote Vistaprint’s products and offerings. In this role, you will be tasked with growing EMEA’s affiliate and performance partnerships program by collaborating with cross functional colleagues while guiding a small team of marketers and agency partners.

What You Will Do:

Oversee comprehensively the EMEA affiliate marketing channel.

Develop strong affiliate channel strategies in place that present insights to key stakeholders.

Programs are tracked, analyzed, reported on, and optimized to inform stakeholders and scale growth effectively including testing new partners and incentives.

Strategies aligned with business needs are implemented by working closely with cross-functional marketing teams which help in making investment decisions

Optimizing campaigns based on data from tools like analytics tools using data mining techniques regularly analyze report on affiliate marketing performance

Your Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience in affiliate/partnership marketing: 3 years managing teams & developing talent minimum.

Has remarkable communication skills demonstrated through building strong relationships with publishers, agencies & cross functional teams.

Good at measuring things – able to use different attribution models.

Attention detailed; curious; good critical thinking skills

An expert in Google Sheets familiar with massive datasets from multiple sources such as Impact Looker Google Analytics

Organized person good time manager collaborative works well independently can think fast likes change

Nice To Have:

Established relationships within the EMEA affiliate industry and experience implementing large 1:1 performance partnerships

Familiarity with the impact platform

Effective collaboration with extensive, cross-functional teams dispersed globally is an illustration of this capability.

Advance forecasting and complex analysis doing skilled.
