We’re looking for a Recruiter who’ll make sure candidates are getting a fantastic experience within our recruitment process We need a smooth communicator with a great sense of people. A tactician who’ll plan and execute first-class hiring strategies and play in our team with one goal — to bring the world’s top A-Players to Revolut

We’re looking for an exceptionally driven individual to help us hire A-players, work closely with our internal stakeholders, and deliver a first-class customer experience. You’ll innovate, drive, and deliver hiring solutions effectively and efficiently, seeking out opportunities and improvements across the entire recruitment process here at Revolut.

Our team works closely with the Credit Department, proactively searching, selecting, and closing vacancies across these teams. As a recruiter, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.

Please note that this is a remote or hybrid position, and you can work from any city in Spain, Portugal, or Romania.

What you’ll be doing

 

• Recruiting exceptional A-Players to join Revolut’s rapidly growing team
• Collaborating with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
• Developing and refining interview processes that enhance our assessment quality while optimising the candidate experience
• Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool
• Facilitating a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs
• Screening CVs and interviewing qualified candidates
• Driving the offer process and closing candidates
• Consistently providing a fantastic candidate experience
• Being a subject-matter expert in the Credit market
• Implementing modern sourcing and recruiting methods

 

What you’ll need

 

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a recruiter
• Experience in successful collaboration with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to plan and execute accordingly
• Strong influence and outreach abilities in the tech, fintech, or financial industries
• Strong boolean skills, experience with various sourcing platforms and job boards
• A data-driven approach and experience with analytics dashboards
• High ambition, self-motivation, and passion for our vision

 

Nice to have

 

• Experience in a recruitment agency or call-centre
