Technical Project Manager

Job purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to work in our company and ensure that our goal of being a leader in sustainable practices and reducing food waste through the use of our innovative SaaS and custom developed solutions reaches new heights. This position involves working in a cross functional way, within the quality assurance and risk management areas, all of which are key towards our flawless performance and positive impact towards the environment. Main responsibilities:

Create, develop and update detailed project plans and timelines, implementing and evaluating tradeoffs and decisions effectively.

Working within the team to ensure projects are adequately planned and appropriately resourced.

Ensure timely communication of key information related to decisions, team members, stakeholders, and sponsors and make sure that these communications are timely, relevant, and appropriate.

Risks and issues are monitored relentlessly, mitigated in a timely manner when identified, and project obstacles are dealt with to facilitate timely progress including drawing in other people in the process if necessary.

Coordinate and manage large amounts of project-related information, including success criteria, and clearly define implementation tasks aimed at obtaining business results.

Preparation of resource allocation and scheduling as well as tracking of the same where little to no supervision is required, and there is a need to take proactive measures in correcting problems for which one has not yet been assigned to resolve.

Project Quality. Making sure to in all aspects stick within project qualitative requirements while forming logical and appropriate solutions that address performance metrics.

Project Management. Actively lead projects of increasing scope complexity and provide how the work fits into what the organization is trying to achieve.

Stakeholder Management. Influences and builds relationships with stakeholders negotiating and enabling cross-functional collaboration.

Leadership. Foster the development of problem-solving processes and facilitate team interaction coaching less-experienced members by providing knowledge and useful examples.

Professional development & engagement. Implement advanced training in project management and monitor new trends in the industry, bringing in knowledge that is expected to help in fast tracking.

Team Work. Promote and build team effectiveness such that concerns are voiced timely to prevent it from getting worse.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience working on a Technical Project Manager including tech.

Understand and abide by fundamental project management practices.

Nice presentation and performance at team activities.

Work hard, safe, focused under high pressure, unstructured working condition typical for a start-up.

Proven experience in the effective management and delivery of different complicated projects within the scheduled timelines and limits.

Able to operate in a variety of approaches where it is appropriate and flexible to the work.
