Turkish Call Center Agent

Join ITSA Media as a Remote Outbound Call Center Agent and play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts. This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs.

NOTE: THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION, PAID BY THE HOUR. SHIFTS FROM MONDAY TO SUNDAY (WORK ON WEEKEND IS REQUIRED!), WITH AT LEAST 2 DAYS OFF A WEEK (BUT WITH AT LEAST 2 FULL WEEKEND PER MONTH)

Responsibilities:

  • Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits over the phone
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
  • Making calls according to a script that is assigned to each campaign that you are calling. You may also see further information about the contact and the client
  • Reaching the assigned number of calls per campaign on a daily basis
  • Following our Call Center standards and targets to maintain our quality service
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics, including call volume and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Fluent or native in Turkish language, good English knowledge
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Flexible schedule availability to work variable shifts, including weekends.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to making calls.
  • A desktop or laptop computer with a speaker/microphone (either integrated or as a headset), a reliable internet connection and a quiet room
