As our Creative Services Operations Manager at Designity, you’ll oversee the daily workflows of our Creative-as-a-Service (CaaS) team to ensure creative services are delivered on time and meet high standards. In this role, you’ll create and refine policies to boost efficiency, ensure process adherence, and drive continuous improvements. You’ll focus on setting and upholding quality standards, resolving issues quickly, and using data insights to inform strategic decisions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring workflows are efficient and all projects are delivered to high standards.
- Design and implement policies and procedures to standardize and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Manage quality assurance across all services, ensuring established standards are consistently met.
- Track and analyze KPIs to assess performance, make data-driven adjustments, and drive continuous improvements.
- Provide coaching and guidance to Creative Directors, ensuring processes are followed and addressing any operational issues.
- Collaborate with leadership to align operations strategies with company goals and drive impactful initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree in Systems Design, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations or project management, ideally within a startup or creative agency environment.
- PMP or other project management certification preferred.
- Proven expertise in optimizing workflows and managing high-quality operational standards.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and leadership.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset, adept at identifying and implementing improvements.

COMPENSATION IN USD: $70,000 – $100,000
