The Opportunity

We’re hiring a mid- to senior-level Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our clients’ paid acquisition on Google Ads and Meta Ads. You’ll localise proven US campaigns for European audiences, optimise six-figure annual budgets across multiple brands, and act as the day-to-day performance lead in client meetings.

You’ll report into senior leadership and work closely with brand managers, creatives and data analysts.

What you’ll do

Strategy & Planning
·       Localise & adapt proven US campaigns for UK/EU audiences, shaping channel roadmaps across Search, Shopping and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

·       Set targets for 4–6 DTC brands, defining KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV) and quarterly growth plans tied to six-figure annual budgets.

Execution & Optimization
·       Build & scale Google Search/Shopping and Meta campaigns-launch 10+ new ad sets per quarter and iterate to hit ≥3× ROAS.

·       Budget ownership: manage €100k+ monthly ad spend, shifting allocations in real time to meet or exceed revenue goals.

·       Test & learn: design and run multivariate tests on audiences, creatives and landing pages; roll out top 20% winners across accounts.

Client Leadership & Reporting
·       Present with impact: lead monthly calls with brand stakeholders-translate data into plain-English insights and actionable growth plays.

·       Dashboard mastery: automate weekly GA4 / Looker Studio (or your favorite BI tool) reports, surfacing top 3 trends and next-step recommendations.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Innovation
·       Share & scale: feed localisation learnings into content, creative and logistics teams-boost conversion by 10–15% through tailored messaging.

·       Stay cutting-edge: pilot emerging formats (PMax, Advantage+, AI-driven creative), document best practices, and roll out platform updates across our portfolio.

 

What you’ll bring

3+ years running at least €50k/month in paid media for DTC brands, managing Google & Meta ads-preferably brand-side or as the in-house lead for multiple DTC brands.
A track-record of hitting aggressive ROAS / revenue targets.
Autonomy and drive – you’ll be given responsibility from day one, we need someone who takes charge and takes action.
Strong grasp of localising US campaigns for the UK/EU (currency, creative, compliance, cultural nuance).
Confidence with GA4, Looker Studio (or Power BI/Tableau) and any bid-management / reporting stack that gets the job done.
Data-led mindset plus the copy/creative eye needed to brief winning ads.
Excellent English; another European language is a plus (German, French, Spanish or Italian ideal).
Comfortable leading client calls and explaining complex performance concepts to non-specialists.
You thrive in a remote, fast-moving start-up environment and can self-prioritise without hand-holding.
