About the role

 

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Talent Coordinator to be the champion of an exceptional candidate experience at Cleo. In this role, you’ll ensure every interaction candidates have with us is smooth, engaging, and positive. You’ll be the key point of contact for candidates, expertly managing a high volume of interview scheduling across multiple calendars and coordinating with Talent Partners to keep the process seamless and efficient, often working with urgency to secure interview times quickly.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation and communication, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is passionate about creating a welcoming and efficient recruitment journey. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and the People Ops team to provide all necessary materials and support for interviews and onboarding. Your innovative ideas will help us continually improve how candidates experience Cleo from application to offer.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Candidate Experience Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews with urgency, expertly managing multiple calendars and working quickly to secure interview times, while liaising with candidates and internal stakeholders to manage availability.
  • Prepare and distribute interview materials to hiring teams, ensuring interviewers have all necessary information to conduct thorough assessments.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Talent Partners and People Ops to support recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Assist with junior and graduate hiring initiatives, providing administrative and coordination support as needed.
  • Continuously seek innovative ways to enhance the candidate experience and streamline recruitment processes.

Administrative Support & Process Improvement

  • Manage multiple calendars and communication channels with precision and professionalism.
  • Utilize recruitment and communication tools such as Greenhouse, Google Calendar, Zoom, and Google Hangouts effectively.
  • Support People Ops with onboarding logistics and other HR-related tasks to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • 3+ years of experience in a Talent Coordinator or similar recruitment support role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple calendars and coordinate interviews efficiently.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with various stakeholders across teams to ensure smooth hiring processes.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using tools like Google Calendar, Gmail, Zoom, Google Hangouts, and applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse.
  • Excellent communication skills and a candidate-first mindset focused on delivering a positive interview experience.
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience supporting onboarding and junior or graduate hiring is a plus

Compensation range

 

  • Poland: PLN102,544 – PLN173,907 gross annually*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and previous experience
