Debt Administrator – Fully Remote – Work from Home
£22,300 per annum
Initial training in Glasgow for about three weeks followed by home-based work
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
Our customer based in Glasgow has requested assistance from us on employing an extra person into their team. They are desperate for the services of a Debt Administrator. An online retail company that is rapidly growing and specializes in B2B sales. A role just been launched within the organization – are you that special talent?
As a Debt Administrator in finance department, your responsibilities will include contacting customers with unpaid debts. The greatest part of our efforts should be directed towards establishing business connections and attracting timely payments from clients. This position needs excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a head for figures. They always emphasize flexibility and work-life balance at our client’s organization. This job offers the chance to work remotely without having to commute daily thereby allowing you enjoy doing it at home while being comfortable at your place of residence. Training based in Glasgow city center will last for three weeks so as to provide you with enough skills and knowledge necessary for succeeding in this role.
We only shortlist candidates who are able to commute easily between their homes and workplaces located within Glasgow City Centre.

The Work From Home Administrator shall:
Communicate with customers on matters concerning unpaid debts and establishing mutual relationships
Prepare customer statements and keep track of payment progress
Liaise with Customer Service department when resolving questions or concerns
Identify possible customers requiring litigation activities.
Handle overdue amounts ensuring they are collected on time.
We would like you to be someone who:
Has had experience in administrative or customer service roles before
Is good at using MS Office, especially Excel
Possess excellent writing and speaking abilities.
Loves working in a fast-paced setting and has a passion for excellent customer service
Desires to use his or her administrative background in the financial sector
