Position Summary:

The Analyst, Sales Support will also reside in the Commercial unit of the Global Professional Battery Division. Reports to the Manager, Sales Support Global Professional. The geography covers APAC EMEA and Americas which is a global commercial organisational team.

This role will be dedicated to helping the Commercial team with analytics, insight and support of business decision-making. You will provide focused functioning support to the Commercial Team and cultivate relationships with Commercial, Marketing, Finance & Supply Chain departments. Duties:

Combining the skills of analysis with communication to devise actions, influence the commercial direction and manage related processes

Implement systems & process changes in relations with the commercial team and other functions.

Coordinate with Demand Planning teams and Commercial to evaluate product assortment and product sufficiency.

SPOC works in the Sales Support unit who serves as the Single Point of Contract in some working departments for example Legal, Regulatory and so on Furthermore.

Ensure the commercial team receives the sales report necessary per customer segmentation.

Carryout market/sales forecast research and implementing the external data wherever relevant to comprehend market trends, movements and the businesses involved in it.

In charge of the upkeep of the Training Academy and also leverage upon such facilities in the case when providing training assistance to Commercial team.

In charge of maintaining the Contract Database.

Oversee the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and provide help for the Commercial team, perform systematical control of data and report building weekly, and system support.

Control allowance of licenses for the used sales platforms for the Commercial team within limits, control and provide reports on their usage and assist in training or in integration with other applications.

Administration, Coordination and assistance of the KAMs (Key Account Managers) for small regional Trade Shows and all related material, including presentations, leaflets, aides, etc.

Completing all assigned administrative tasks and posting programs for the Commercial team when needed.

Help the sales department in organizing the meetings with the customers (e.g. making relevant presentations) and participate in customer meetings if necessary.

Create, enhance, handle, monitor, and disseminate standard metrics for volumes, net sales, gross margin, and ASPs.

This makes sure that there are no errors while providing support for changes in any global account contract price and performing pricing audits while transferring any system glitches to the concerned authority. Best practices are shared amongst the members of the Commercial Team. Ad Hoc projects can take part, as the need arises. What we require in the applicant: Competencies and Work Experience Required. Candidates must have reached a certain level of education and at least, English/other languages and Mathematics must be one of them. Candidates must have good qualifications on information technology and be used to most office applications with special emphasis on excel and power point. Strong statistical and analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced changing environment and deliver results within the set timelines. Candidates must be able to work both in a team environment as well as independently. Lastly, candidates must be adaptable and have changing working habits. MS Office Styles. Knowledgeable and experienced with Customer Relationship Management systems. Working experience in fast moving consumer goods or any like business experience. Commercial Acumen.
