Client Services Manager

This Role in a Nutshell:
As an external client services manager, you will be personally responsible for delivering our services accurately and on time. You will acquire knowledge that is useful to clients that are outsourcing their human resources as well as being a primary point of contact.

Coordinating and supervising this with our people in India and partners throughout the world is one of our duties. This position is very hands-on where you feel comfortable “down in the trenches.” The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit and can think outside of the box when solving problems. They are always eager to learn more about everything in order to assist Clients and grow the Company.
How you will make a difference:
Explication: Help Clients recruit, train, remunerate them appropriately.
Support global payroll administration and benefits procurement
Provide leadership regarding labor relations around the world including employment law guidance on issues such as contract drafting, data security requirements & HR documentation best practices
16.Ensure work is delivered timely and in accordance with GU quality standards with HR support for M&A; PEO (EOR) services; spin offs
17.Develop plans through consultation with Clients specifying objectives, scope/parameters of project engagement including deadline requirements
18.Provide ad hoc HR advice during assignments or upon request working closely with both local & international HR teams assisting Client inquiries
19.Collaborate with legal-council inter alia during bid stage
20.Interact with Client Service Directors HR on key accounts where necessary
21.Doing whatever else is required
What will give you an advantage:
Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development preferred. Masters also preferred.
2-3 years working in operational HR (onboarding, off-boarding, compliance, comp and benefits, payroll and change management)
Worked with external clients as a consultant or business owner
Management experience and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is desired
American International Human Resources Management Association certified HR professionals who have worked in other countries or global organizations before they joined US companies are encouraged to apply for this position.
26.In-depth exposure to a wide range of HRIS/HCM systems along with their features & functions
27.Advanced Microsoft tools proficiency level e.g. expertise in Excel Macro Writing.
Preferred Experience
28.PHR/GPHR certification or equivalent international qualifications
29.Innovation oriented consulting capabilities to deploy technology and process changes that can improve Clients’ HR operations.
30.Demonstrated communications ability with both executive and clerical staff members alike.
31.A good self-starter who can pick things up quickly if the workload scope changes unexpectedly
