Customer Service Advisor Hybrid – 6 month contract

Dartford / Work from Home Hybrid (Tuesday and Thursday from home)

£26,000 full time equivalent salary

Monday to Friday, 8:45am-5pm

A six-eight month contract

Our client is a reputable automobile firm that seeks to employ a Customer Service Advisor in the event of a new contract. By being the go-to person in terms of dealing with customer interactions, this position will be essential for delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting the premium strategy adopted by the brand.

The role of Customer Service Advisor:

Act as customers’ first point of contact; dealing professionally with enquiries, complaints and general queries with expert knowledge.

Efficiently resolve customer concerns aiming for first time resolution ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Ensure data accuracy by updating customer cases on CRM platform within agreed timelines.

Take proactive steps against potential customer problems even before they arrive.

Make outbound marketing calls persuading customers to make test-drive appointments using various channels such as online platforms and live chat.

Uphold GDPR compliance and ensure utmost respect for privacy of customer data

Engage with dealer network to resolve complex issues faced by customers who need car fixing

Contribute to team meetings by raising common issues in relation to enhancement of service provision to clients

The ideal Customer Service Advisor:

Immediately available

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills have been demonstrated.

Ability to work under set SLAs.

Previous experience in offering service support although this has preferably been in an automotive context

Knowledge on how CRM works when it comes to data
