The Role

Donorbox is seeking a passionate and results-driven Customer Success & Market Development Manager to join our growing team in the UK. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base by identifying and engaging high-potential nonprofits, demonstrating how Donorbox can transform their fundraising efforts, while strengthening our market presence in the UK and Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional with experience in the nonprofit sector within Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and qualify high-potential nonprofits in the UK and Ireland that align with Donorbox’s ideal customer profile.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies (via email, phone, social media) to engage decision-makers at nonprofits.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their unique fundraising challenges and demonstrating how Donorbox can offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Customer Success, Product) to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Keep customers informed and engaged by communicating product updates and developments effectively.
  • Support the Europe Growth Manager in procurement processes, respond to customer inquiries, and assist with organising marketing activities (webinars, events, etc.)
  • Represent Donorbox at partner events in the UK/Ireland, promoting our solutions to a wider audience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record in SaaS sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Strong understanding of fundraising principles and practices, with experience in the UK nonprofit sector
  • Clear and concise communicator, both verbally and in writing, with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Fully remote based in Ireland, the United Kingdom, or other countries within the same timezone, provided your professional  experience is from the UK
  • Salary: $75,000 USD + commission
