The Role
We’re seeking an AI / Digital Worker Solutions Engineer to help our clients successfully implement and operate Digital Workers on maisa’s Studio platform. In this hands-on role, you’ll work directly with customers to identify automation opportunities, design and build Digital Workers, and ensure successful deployment of AI solutions that transform their business processes. You’ll combine AI prompting expertise, technical integration skills, and business process knowledge to deliver high-value automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Solution Design & Implementation
- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and identify high-value automation opportunities
- Design and implement Digital Workers using maisa’s Studio platform to address specific client use cases
- Develop effective AI prompting strategies that enable Digital Workers to execute tasks accurately and reliably
- Configure API integrations and data connections to enable Digital Workers to interact with client systems
- Build and refine Digital Workers through iterative development and testing
- Document implementation details and create knowledge transfer materials for client teams
Client Enablement & Support
- Onboard and train client teams on how to operate, monitor, and maintain their Digital Workers
- Provide technical troubleshooting and optimization support for deployed Digital Workers
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure Digital Workers are performing as expected
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve Digital Worker performance and capabilities
- Support clients in scaling their Digital Worker implementations across additional use cases
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor on AI automation best practices
Solution Development & Knowledge Building
- Develop reusable solution components and templates to accelerate future implementations
- Document successful implementation patterns and contribute to internal knowledge base
- Stay current on maisa platform capabilities and contribute to feature feedback
- Maintain expertise in AI prompting techniques and best practices
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the platform based on client needs
- Share insights and learnings with the broader solutions engineering team
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or similar client-facing technical roles
- Strong understanding of business process automation concepts and implementation approaches
- Experience with AI prompt engineering or designing LLM-based solutions
- Familiarity with API integration concepts and data connectivity approaches
- Ability to understand and map client business processes to technical solutions
- Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- High proficiency in Spanish and English languages
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of common enterprise systems and data structures
- Availability to travel to Client’s on site locations or other events
Desired Qualities
- Experience with AI agents, LLM orchestration, or agentic workflows
- Background in RPA, BPM, or workflow automation implementations
- Knowledge of common enterprise software systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Familiarity with modern API standards and integration approaches
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role
- History of successfully implementing technical solutions for enterprise clients
- Ability to balance technical implementation with business objectives
- Comfort working in ambiguous situations and rapidly evolving technology
- Passion for helping clients achieve transformation through AI automation
