Your Role As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will:
- Own and drive a high-value sales pipeline, collaborating with SDRs to generate interest and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Close complex 6-7 figure SaaS deals while building strong, consultative relationships.
- Lead strategic sales conversations with HR leaders and decision-makers, showcasing the impact of professional coaching.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client success.
- Attend industry events, expanding your network and positioning CoachHub as the go-to coaching solution.
- Manage your pipeline with precision, delivering accurate forecasting and revenue growth.
What You Bring to the Table
- 7+ years of sales experience, including 3-5 years in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of closing complex deals over €100k.
- Experience in SaaS sales (HR Tech is a plus!) and a strategic, data-driven sales approach.
- A personal, storytelling-based sales style that connects with clients on a deeper level.
- High energy, resilience, and a love for working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
- Native German & Professional English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel within DACH & EMEA (up to 20%).
