Who Are You
The WEP Clinical Finance Administrator is charged with Purchase Ledger Function with emanating Sheridan Commercialisation and Administration WEP Clinical TEK60823 and also other operational dealings. The Administrator too makes arrangement for reimbursement of all allowed costs incurred for the promotion of the company’s business.

How will you contribute to our success?
Erp systems activity of the company staff through pages containing the section of filling in and adding other non PO, staff expenses, purchase cards and so on onto the ap section in the erp.
Follow up on those invoices that require approval and Bills that have been approved.
Suppliers should be contacted to answer questions with respect to ensuring that the ledger is clear.
Make each of the transactions on the ERP system as soon as possible and in the right manner.
Update the Queries Log and make sure that all aspects of the ongoing queries are addressed regularly.
Make sure that the supplier’s records are updated against their statements.
Schedule payment runs for suppliers according to the payment schedule agreed with the suppliers.
For payments, provide remittance advice.
Update and manage, where necessary, the banking details change register following the procedures used within the industry.
Take the necessary measures to update supplier files regularly.
Administer the central Accounts additional mailbox.
Contact credit card users for Information and receipts as required.
Prepare Bank reconciliations.
Assist with Payroll administration.
Help the Accounts Receivable department when needed.
Lex Wen to: Other general finance-related ad-hoc duties, in addition to specific activities in external reporting, development and implementation of company and group reporting policies, presentation, etc.
Please also state what the applicant will need: Knowledge: ‘AAT or similar’ accounting designation will be a plus or qualified by experience. Wide experience in Xero accounting, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or other relative software. Basic computer knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office packages particularly Excel. Good communication skills both oral and written.
