Tasks
Your mission:
- Acceptance and, if possible, case-conclusive processing of incoming calls,
- Professional and service-oriented communication with customers,
- Recording and documenting customer concerns in the CRM system,
- Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
qualification
Your profile:
- You meet the requirements to work as a freelancer,
- You have initial experience in customer service,
- Your place of work/residence is in the EU,
- You have very good German language skills (C1/C2 verifiable),
- Independent working style and high reliability,
- You have a secure workplace that is not visible and/or accessible to third parties,
- You have a desk, an office chair, and the necessary hardware (PC, two monitors, mouse/keyboard, webcam, headset),
- You have a stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbit/s (via cable).
