About the role:

We are looking for a Freelance Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The position is remote and requires knowledge of the German language. Like most freelance work, this one will also require the use of reliable Wi-Fi and a personal computer to handle various concerns and maintain client satisfaction.

Job Description:

Answer customer questions over e-mail, chat, phone calls in German.

Identify and troubleshoot issues and problems including customer glitch reports.

Manage customer complaints and disputes correctly.

Assist in the resolution of the complex issues by engaging cross-functional teams when applicable.

Profile Requirements:

Mother tongue German and fluent communication skills in English – both written and spoken.

Must be a true freelancer.

Internet Art.

Good analytical and comprehension abilities.

Preferred:

Have previously worked in customer support.

Have some kind of experience or even theories in working in manufacturing.
