This team is crucial to our business. They work closely with Risk and Compliance to ensure internal risk management and compliance processes are running efficiently.
Audit, Risk, and Compliance are an unstoppable trio at the front line of evaluating whether the business is on safe footing, working across functions, products, and regions to build the best possible infrastructure.
We’re looking to hire a superstar Internal Auditor who has experience auditing fintech, banking processes, or has worked in risk or compliance roles. This will be a new role within the Group Internal Audit team and the successful candidate will execute Quality Assurance reviews across our expanding global audit team.

What you’ll be doing
- Acting as a Quality Assurance partner across the Group Internal Audit team by establishing and consistently maintaining professional working relationship with key IA stakeholders
- Providing assurance over the quality of Internal Audit’s work via formal QA products (e.g. thematic/hot/cold reviews and continuous monitoring)
- Acting as a change agent by supporting the Head of Audit Operations, developing and delivering the quality assurance and improvement programme to maintain a best-in-class QA function
- Supporting the Head of Audit Operations, reporting results of the QAIP to the Audit Committee
- Assisting in the methodology training of auditors, including tailored training as needed
- Reviewing and improving global IA methodology and practises, including innovation initiatives
- Proactively seeking ways to make the best use of data as part of our audit process, informing our understanding of risks, testing controls, identifying process inefficiencies, and providing relevant insights to the business
- Writing quality assurance reports, which identify and recommend improvements to audit processes to ensure internal audit continues to add value to Revolut
- Conducting research and completing assigned training requirements necessary to maintain relevance
- Managing projects to completion, promptly escalating where required
What you’ll need
- 3+ years of professional experience in an audit-related role within a regulated financial services environment
- Expertise in Global Internal Auditing Standards and governance standards applicable to internal audit
- A desire and drive to learn, grow, and have an impact quickly as part of an expanding team
Nice to have
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on execution
- Proficiency working with and interpreting data, ideally with SQL experience
- Related certification (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA, or similar)
Compensation range
- Vilnius: €3,300 – €3,900 gross monthly*
- Lithuania: €3,300 – €3,900 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and previous experience
