What you’ll do
As a Junior People Operations Manager, you’ll join Kaylie (Director of People) and help ensure the smooth operation of People processes and initiatives. This position is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in People Operations (fka HR), and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, transparent, people-first, remote-first and async-first environment.
Depending on your strengths and interests, you will:
- Help coordinate the recruitment process, including setting up the role in our ATS (Ashby), posting job ads, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and putting together hiring reports
- Support onboarding and feedback processes
- Assist in managing our HRIS (Humaans) and employee records
- Assist in finding ways to automate our People processes so that we spend less time on admin and more time on creating a better employee experience
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions and requests
What you should have
- Genuine interest in People Operations and Recruiting
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to quickly get the hang of new tools and technologies
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Ability to be autonomous and self-motivated in a remote work environment, while you also enjoy getting to know your colleagues and helping others.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidently
- Located in UTC+1 or UTC+2

What we pay
Fair, competitive, and transparent pay is very important for us. Therefore we work with a standardized salary calculator that includes several factors such as seniority level as well as location.
For this role, the range is
- €39,150 – €43,500 for someone in a similar cost of market as UK, Germany etc.
- €35,235 – €39,150 for someone in a similar cost of market as Spain, Poland etc.
