We are now looking for one more B2B / Key Account Manager to join our small but driven team (full-time or part-time depending on agreement). Previous email outreach experience, managing account portfolios, communication and negotiation skills are requirements.
Optimizee Group have established websites with over 400,000 page views per month. On our websites we offer press releases, listings and more. Since 2018 we have a backlog of 4,000 leads, 500 business clients, and 250 partners. We currently receive an average of 100 leads per month without any outreach and have up to 30 previous orders to renew per month.
At Optimizee Group we work 100% truly remote with 100% performance based salaries, you need to be driven to get things done. You will work independently with clear workflows and deadlines, but also be in daily contact with the team. We also have 1-4 business trips per year for team building, networking and fun activities.
Responsibilities:
- Outreach for new clients, partners and collaborations
- Responding to emails from leads, clients, partners and more
- Managing and upsell to our large account portfolio
- Providing superior customer service and and ensuring client satisfaction
- Retaining partners and building strong, trusting relationships
- Negotiate prices and terms with companies
- Network during our yearly business trips with new partners and businesses
- Submit and analyze leads/sales numbers
- Publish press releases, articles and create invoices
Requirements:
- Requirement experience of email outreach with sales platforms such as Apollo or similar
- Requirement experience managing account portfolios
- Requirement native speaking or fluent in English
- Requirement excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Advantage experience with Google Sheets, Hubspot and LinkedIn outreach
- Advantage Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish or Danish language
