Odin makes it easy for his clients to gather or deploy the capital that their clients require.

People will be able to direct a capital to vote on where the future is going and also be a part of that action.

To tackle that problem, we’re starting by transforming it to an order of magnitude lower for anyone to start and run an angel syndicate or a venture firm from any corner of the world.

We take the burden of all the sinking in-junctions from the establishment of a legal framework for an investment vehicle to the making of payments through one integrated solution.

At present, there are more than 5000 VC’s, Angels, and Founders who trust us and we are just getting started.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Founders, you’ll:

Lead product design and own the process such that, all efforts in designing, development, and ensuring a holistic approach from idea conception to actualisation are well taken care of.

Focus on the entire customer interaction and not only the visual elements. Working to improve every touch point including user flows and UI communications in aesthetics and usability.

Design appropriate prototypes and test them extensively for validation. Ensure that feedback is incorporated in the design process at all stages in order to address the correct issues.

Work together with the product manager, engineers and all the departments of the company to embrace design in all stages of the product lifecycle. You will also manage the design system, tools, and process and help to create an environment that promotes design in every step.

When complex features are to be implemented, they should be cut into smaller components and implemented in a series of iterations in conjunction with product managers where design speed and the quality are a concern.

Support and augment the design process by relying on evidences from the users such as; response rates, time intervals, drop off rates and survey results.

Promote good design practice and user centered design within the company.

In your role, you will act as the design champion promoting the interests of users but coordinated with other teams throughout the product development process.

In the company’s growth strategy, you will be in charge of recruiting, building and growing the design organization. You will be responsible for recruiting and training junior design team members such as designers, helping them learn, grow and add value to the team.

Salary

Salary is ranged at £80,000 – £105,000 + equity options. For those who have been in the industry for a long time, this although a wide range is expected, is because we will be understanding how much of yours fits with ours.

Whether it is figuring out what makes humans act a certain way, why a customer believes a certain suggestion would work, or the background of a problem, humility helps one to dig deeper into their reasoning and seek answers that matter.

You hold yourself in a manner that you do not compromise on the quality of the designs you develop. Attempt to design user experiences that are not only practical but also appealing to the users where every aspect of the user experience is well catered for.

You possess design-shaping skills that derive their strength from emotional insight as well as human psychology. Users’ comments, favorable or otherwise, are taken as the focus of how to improve experiences and save the users.

You are completely responsible for your assignments and show perseverance and will. Report organizational issues and report progress internally and externally so that there is no confusion as to how the project is rallying.

Once the priorities are set, proceed quickly to focus on critical paths. That is how you feel when you are clear on the design while also rationalizing that it has to work from a business perspective and not just aesthetics.

Be logical and use the principles of logical reasoning to resolve the issues Brainstorming and commonsense are used to systematically sort out and tackle huge unstructured problems.

Be creative and be ready to make some mistakes while, trying out new ideas.

Keep in mind that a great deal of the outstanding design is achieved through the creative thought process. It is also important not to fear from being wrong while searching for a better solution.

Teachers possess a keen awareness of what is pleasing to the eye and deals of appropriate utalitarian elements with the designs. It is assumed that you are not happy only with the designs that solve the issues, but rather something that is stunning and is pleasant for the end users as well.

Your Experience

Must-Have

Strong design skills and at least 5 years in the same professional role designing at Senior Designer or higher level

Has practiced in different design environments, working in an agency or several companies in total to widen your design scope.

Hands-on experience in UX and UI design, level prototyping, and usability tests with end-users

Knows how to incorporate user feedback and make design changes to achieve a more effective end product.

Must have the capacity to work without direct supervision and take projects from inception to realization with a reasonable level of autonomy.

Had the responsibility to managing projects and actively participated on design strategy development, while being part of a team.

Exceptional at developing thorough and simple design documents as well as documenting and implementing design procedures that’d ensure uniformity of design outputs in terms of quality and execution.

Worked collaboratively with engineers and product managers to synergise design with engineering and commercial exigencies.

Evaluate the information so that one can effectively realize their creative vision and practical application during the course of development in such way which results in a well integrated and effective product.

A basic diagram of interaction with users or practical comprehension of how far the implementation of your designs can go without infringing on certain practical constraints. You work with engineers to implement such solutions.

You comfortable, as you do it:

Your core strengths and interest centers purely around the UI design aspect without appreciating the larger considerations of the UX product design.

You possess some skills in UX/UI tools, but visual representational skills could benefit from a little work.efocus on refining the visual beautification of interfaces.

You would prefer working in isolation with little or no interaction with users to get feedback and improve on the designs proposed.
