An interesting job opportunity has arisen for a Project Support Officer in our busy team based in Thames Valley supporting the Large Connections delivery team.

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills such that they make all decisions with the customers’ needs at heart.

Roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Support management reporting of KPIs including Regulatory Reporting, Risk Management, Portfolio Reporting, Project Planning, Project Controls and Project Cost Performance.

Deploy current PMO processes ensuring consistency and aiming to improve performance standards.

Working with large amounts of complex data and analyzing it so as to give recommendations for management.

Opportunity to get involved in multiple Projects working with various stakeholders to underpin our development goals.

Assist in provision of preconstruction packs (PCP) efficiently so that we achieve our business targets.

What is required?

To be considered for this role you should have:

Experience as a Project Support Officer in Utilities Company or project delivery organization would be advantageous.

Experience on project governance and improving project processes.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite.

A qualification in Project Management would be desirable.

The capacity to communicate influence ensuring accurate information presentation which can be understood by everyone concerned.
