It is a business deal that requires six months. It could be a hybrid role where you might need to spend up to two days of the week at our Wolverhampton based office.
I will provide support in administration to the Property Helpdesk team leader and colleagues.
Main duties
Addressing all kinds of conversations, including from and towards telephone, email or even physically across all networks
Data Entry for property compliance purpose
Regular update of monitoring spreadsheets/trackers that guarantee accurate information all times
Updating all systems and records.
Receiving and processing work requests.
Processing quotes.
Processing invoices.
Working closely with colleagues and liaising effectively with other departments so as to create a joined-up and responsive service is key priority in this job description.

What we are looking for an applicant to have?
At least C grade in GCSE English and Maths.
Past experience as an administrator
Has worked before in Repairs & Maintenance or help desk set ups.
Basics understanding on property compliance requirements (Fire, Water, Gas management etc.)
Has been exposed to reactive busy environment before this time?
Able to juggle several tasks at once along with being able to work well under pressure with tight deadlines.
