Role Overview
As the SDR Automation Specialist your responsibilities will be to build, operate, and automate the SDR processes. You will lead the development and implementation of an AI-driven Sales Development Representative system. This role combines sales strategy, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of AI and automation tools to enhance our lead generation and outreach processes.
Key Responsibilities:
AI SDR Development: Design and implement an AI-driven system to automate lead generation, engagement in trial, qualification, and meeting scheduling, ensuring seamless integration with existing sales workflows.
Workflow Automation: Develop and maintain automated workflows that manage outreach, follow-ups, and data entry, reducing manual tasks for the sales team.
SDR Activities: Build and execute the outreach activities needed to create a flow of new leads. The more you automate, the less manual work.
Tool Integration: Integrate various AI and automation tools to create a cohesive system that enhances the capabilities of the AI SDR.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to align AI SDR functionalities with business objectives and ensure smooth deployment.
Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and monitor the performance of the AI SDR, making data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in AI and sales automation to continually enhance the system.
Qualifications:
SDR Experience: You have done the SDR job and have developed empathy toward the users and prospects we are engaging with.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with automation tools to automate repetitive tasks. Familiarity with platforms such as Apollo, Hubspot, and n8n.
Sales Insight: Understanding of sales processes, lead generation strategies, and sales funnel management.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize AI SDR performance.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects from conception to implementation, including timeline management and cross-functional collaboration.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to users and buyers.
Language: English native speaker or equivalent proficiency
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in developing AI-driven sales tools or autonomous meeting agents.
Familiarity with multi-agent systems and their application in business processes.
Experience with CRM systems and their integration with AI tools.
