INDLOW

IRIS Software Group was formed to relieve the complexity and burden under which UK businesses, schools and organisations operate – as the UK’s largest privately owned software company.

IRIS has embraced technology by providing software solutions and services, which helps in enhancing compliance, efficiency and minimizes operational and management risks allowing the users of its technology to clearly look ahead without uncertainty.

Over 4 million parents use our software to connect with their child’s school, 18% of UK employees are paid using the IRIS payroll solution, 50000 SMEs use IRIS cloud accounting services and 21,000 firms have outsourced this responsibility to us with respect to legal compliance.

Our operational software does not mean providing employee or payroll software to our customers; it is the common link that goes unnoticed yet is critical in every aspect of their business today as it provides support for a number of initiatives including legislative compliance and engagement vs stakeholders productivity enhancing activities.

It is essential these core focus requirements work every single time and every time the initial attempt proves successful.

That is the reason why IRIS helps organizations manage the compliance issues that are really difficult to deal with and helps organizations do operational activities that have to be right first time and every time, hence giving them the ability to be efficient and grow.

The strength of IRIS is the recruitment of the right people; our people are our most valuable resources.

This allows us to be the high performance and forward-thinking market leader that we are today.

It is gratifying to receive a Great Place to Work certification and one of the Best Workplaces for Women in the UK.

This makes some rational sense, as all the relevant certifications take into consideration employee experience in terms of wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, trust among employees and in management, communication, recognition/reward of employees, etc.

At IRIS, we challenge, reward, and seek engagement from our employees– this is a standard part of our mission.

This is also the reason why we strive to come up with a culture where team members feel part of a unit.
